  未添加皮肤插件支持原因：离线玩家无法加载自定义皮肤且在挖自己的生命方块时不会提示禁止挖掘
  将生命方块由玩家头换为其他原版多颜色方块
  添加等待模式
  添加侧边计分板
  修改了配置文件内容
  添加了管理命令，可以使用/pbl start来开始游戏
  添加了管理命令，可以使用/pbl rstgm来重置已结束的游戏为等待状态

  修复方块放置错误的问题，修改方块放置逻辑，添加可配置项：可修改放置玩家生命方块距离玩家最近的半径，skinsrestorer插件api调用（没有实际功能与作用，预计发布版本：2.2.0）
